No. Lady Soraya is an artificial intelligence. Every response you receive is generated by an AI system, not written by a human being. We say this on the homepage, at signup, and inside the product itself, because we think pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Soraya Live is a coaching and general-guidance service. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or any regulated form of mental-health treatment, and Lady Soraya is not a licensed clinician. Is this a psychic or astrology service?
No, and we want to be very clear about it. Soraya Live does not offer psychic readings, tarot, clairvoyance, astrology, horoscopes or fortune telling, and makes no claim whatsoever to predict the future. The name refers to the Pleiades star cluster because it has been used for navigation for millennia — that is a metaphor about orientation, not a claim about divination.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, go to Account → Membership → Cancel, and confirm. That is the whole process — one click, no phone call, no retention agent, no form to fill in. It takes effect immediately and you will not be billed again. If you would rather we did it for you, email [email protected] and we will action it and confirm in writing.
Is there a free trial?
No, deliberately. Free trials that convert into charges people forgot about are the single biggest source of billing complaints in this industry. You pay $27.00 up front, you know exactly what you bought, and if it is not for you the 30-day refund covers you.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
It appears as SORAYALIVE.COM. We chose the descriptor to match this website exactly so that it is recognisable months later. If you see anything else attributed to us, contact [email protected] immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Any charge can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked and no explanation required. Beyond that window we still refund billing errors, duplicate charges and charges you did not authorise, in full, no matter how old they are. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What happens to my conversations?
They are stored so that Soraya can remember your context between sessions. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not published. You can delete your history or your whole account at any time from your account settings, and we will delete the underlying records. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we hold, why, and for how long.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Soraya Live membership. We do not knowingly provide the service to minors, and we will close and refund any account we find belongs to one.
