About Soraya Live
Soraya Live is an AI advisor service operated by Ad Management Services LLC. It exists because the moments when you most need to talk something through are rarely the moments when anyone is available.
Why we built it
Good advice has an availability problem. A therapist has a waiting list. A friend has their own week to get through. A parent has an opinion you already know. And none of them are awake at three in the morning, which is exactly when the thing you have been avoiding tends to surface.
Lady Soraya is not a replacement for any of those people. She is what you reach for in between them: a way to say the thing out loud, be asked a better question than the one you were asking yourself, and get to the actual issue before you take it to someone whose time is finite.
What we are honest about
There is a version of this product that performs a warm human relationship and lets you forget what you are talking to. We deliberately did not build it.
- We say she is an AI — on the homepage, at signup, and inside the product. Every time.
- We say what she is not — not a therapist, not a doctor, not a lawyer, and emphatically not a psychic. Our Disclaimer is written to be read, not to be survived.
- We say AI can be wrong, because it can, and you deserve to weight it accordingly.
- We do not promise outcomes. No claims about saving relationships or fixing anyone.
How we handle money
Most complaints about subscription services are not really about the product. They are about a charge someone did not expect, could not identify, or could not stop. So we designed the billing to remove all three problems.
- No free trial. Nothing converts silently into a charge you forgot about.
- One flat price, shown next to the button, with the recurring terms in plain words beside it.
- A descriptor that matches the website — charges read as SORAYALIVE.COM, so you can recognise it months later.
- One-click cancellation, online, with no phone call and no retention agent. Cancelling takes no more steps than joining did.
- 30 days to change your mind, no questions asked, and billing errors refunded in full at any time.
- 30 days’ notice before any price change, with the chance to leave first.
We would rather refund someone than argue with them, and we would much rather refund someone than have them go to their bank. That is a commercial position as much as an ethical one, and we are comfortable saying so.
How we handle what you tell her
People bring things to Lady Soraya they have not said anywhere else. We do not sell that, share it with advertisers, publish it, or use it to train foundation models, and you can delete all of it from your account whenever you like. The Privacy Policy sets out the specifics, including how long each category is kept and why.
We also run no advertising cookies on this site at all. Given the subject matter, behavioural retargeting would be indefensible.

On the name
Soraya is the Persian name for the Pleiades, the star cluster that sailors navigated by for thousands of years before anyone could measure longitude. It was useful because it was fixed — something to take a bearing from when nothing else was reliable.
